Troche Base Sugar Free with Bitter-Bloc™ is an easy to use, convenient alternative to time-consuming traditional troche preparations. An anhydrous, sugar-free troche base that incorporates natural bitter blocking technology for use in lozenge type oral/buccal cavity preparations. Enhanced with natural sweeteners and suspending agents, it is ideally suited for buccal absorption of APIs. Additional flavours, colours and sweeteners can be easily incorporated.
Pharmaceutical-grade Polyethylene Glycols, natural sweetener, thickening and suspending agents, and flavour enhancers are already included - just melt and add API and flavour.
