SaltStable LO™ — Pain Management Topical Cream

Salt Stable LO™ is a light beige, heavy water-in-oil cream emulsion built around a lecithin component that delivers chemical penetration comparable to a pluronic lecithin organogel (PLO). It allows topical medications to reach systemic circulation and local target areas efficiently, while remaining creamier, less sticky and more elegant than traditional PLO. The system stays stable under refrigeration and with ionic substances, supporting an API load of up to 30%.
