Jelene is the perfect plasticized ointment base for your topical preparations. Offers great adhesion to mucosal surfaces. High API load (up to 40%)! With a water activity of less than 0.6, this base is classified as anhydrous - compounders can now assign default expiry dates of 180 days as per current APF guidelines!
